About 500 fans came early to attend the mini fanmeeting of ASTRO for their newest album "Autumn Story."
Despite scheduling the fanmeeting early in the morning, ASTRO fans did not fail their idols and joined them for various games and for some snapshots. After the mini fan meeting, ASTRO addressed the fans to thank them for their love and support, Allkpop reported.
"We're so thankful that you came so early in the morning to support us. We'll make a lot of events where we can meet up. We'll promote "Confession" to the best of our abilities, so please give us a lot of support and love," ASTRO said.
ASTRO released "Confession" at 12 midnight of Nov. 10. The song is the title track of their newest album "Autumn Story," which is ASTRO's third mini album released within a year, Soompi reported.
Previously, the six-member boy group dropped "Spring Up" in February, while "Summer Vibes" was released in July.
ASTRO made their debut under Fantagio in 2015. And just like 5urprise, ASTRO appeared in a drama series titled "To Be Continued" for their pre-debut. Before the release of "Spring Up," the boy group also had their own reality show "ASTRO OK! Ready" in January.
In February 2016, ASTRO dropped "Spring Up" with title track "Hide & Seek." The boy group also announced its official fandom name is AROHA which stands for "AstRO Hearts All fans."
Aside from promoting their music, ASTRO has also done endorsements of several products. The boy group was selected as the ambassadors of LOVLUV cosmetics brand.
"ASTRO is well-prepared as they have trained for a long 7 years. Coincidentally, "LOVLUV" is also a brand that took 7 years in preparation. They increased their value through thorough preparation," the company said.
