It looks like the K-pop industry will be missing two of its huge contributors for a while. After two months, T.O.P and Junsu's is scheduled to fulfill their conscription.
In a report by Allkpop, BIGBANG member T.O.P and JYJ's Junsu were both listed as pending new comers to the South Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency and Seoul Regional Police Agency, respectively. The list can be seen on the home page for South Korea's conscripted policemen.
While the two K-pop start going into different agencies, T.O.P and Junsu will be enlisting on the same day, February 9, 2017. The two will also go into the army training center in Nonsan together.
Junsu is assigned to serve in the public relations unit of Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police Agency, while T.O.P will be on the band unit of Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, Yonhap News reported. The two singers will continue with their existing arrangements until the conscription date.
Meanwhile, T.O.P's group BIGBANG is set for a major comeback this December. Their comeback album completes the group's "M.A.D.E Project" which started over a year ago and will be the group's first regular album in eight years.
