After 6 months of being together on the popular reality show “We Got Married”, the sweet love story of Mad Town's Jota and Kim Jin Kyung is set to end on December 3.
The announcement of the Jota-Kim couple was confirmed by a representative from the show on November 30. According to him as quoted by All Kpop: "Mad Town's Jota and model Kim Jin Kyung's leave from the show has been decided. Their last episode will be on December 3."
Kim and Jota joined “We Got Married” in May this year. During their stay in the show, the pair was given numerous missions that had made a way for them to further know each other.
Recently, the couple went to a stony beach through a bus and had fun by played Jenga with the stones as they were tasked to spend only $50 on their vacation trip. They also went to a dolphin show wherein they had a chance to take care of the marine animal by feeding and cleaning them up.
"To be honest, I wanted to give you a piggyback ride. You're eating well these days," Jota told his onscreen wife while they were having fun at the beach.
After their departure in the show, Jota and Kim will be replaced by Hallyu stars Gong Myung and Jung Hye Sung. In fact, the new couple is currently filming at a ski resort in Gangwon Province for their first episode, Soompi reports.
Gong is a member of the boy group 5urprise. He is also the older brother of NCT’s Doyoung.
Jung, on the other hand, rose to fame after being casted in the drama series “Oh My Venus”, “Remember: War of the Son”, and “Love in the Moonlight”. She was also featured in the music video of CNBLUE’s "You're So Fine"
