After speaking his mind on "Flower Boy Bromance," GOT7 member JB is now in hot water for allegedly offending the LGBT community with his remark.
According to Allkpop, many netizens were infuriated with JB for his alleged obnoxious comment, branding the statement as homophobic. On the Dec. 6 episode of "Flower Boy Bromance," JB and Youngjae settled at a café after enjoying a day out.
After settling down at what seems to be a couples' café, Youngjae said, "I wanted to come here with you." However, his GOT7 co-member does not feel the same way as JB replied, "This place is not for two boys... I might beat you up."
The remarks angered a lot of netizens, accusing JB of being homophobic. While others called on GOT7's Jackson to talk to his co-member about the matter, considering that the former is known to be a supporter of the LGBT community.

However, JB's fans came to rescue him and denied the idol meant to offend a certain group with his remark on "Flower Boy Bromance." A commenter said, "Honestly, if he was homophobic, I feel like he would be somewhat sour towards Jackson because of how openly accepting he is."
While other netizens, who claimed to be homosexuals, said they were not offended with JB's remark on "Flower Boy Bromance," asking others to avoid overanalyzing things. "I'm a gay man. I'm not offended at all. You shouldn't be either," a netizen posted.
