It looks like Prince Narula is the king of reality television shows in India. After winning "MTV Roadies" and "Splitsvilla," Narula eyed "Bigg Boss." In the "Bigg Boss" 9 finale, Narula emerges as the winner of the ninth season.
"Bigg Boss" 9 finale featured the finalists - Rochelle Maria Rao, Rishabh Sinha, Narula and Mandana Karimi. On Oct. 11, 2015, the show started with a big bang on Colors and after 105 days, the show ended with a smashing finale on Jan. 23, 2015.
The grand finale of "Bigg Boss" 9 saw Narula declared as the winner of the season after working hard for three months in the house with other contestants.
Apart from "Bigg Boss," Narula bagged the top prize on "MTV Roadies" and he won the eighth season of "Splitsvilla." It is certain the Narula has a massive fan base that has confirmed that he will be crowned as the winner on "Bigg Boss" 9.
Narula won the trophy and Rs. 35 lakh for winning the show. During the "Bigg Boss" 9 grand finale episode, Rao was the first one to be evicted and she was asked to leave because of the lesser number of votes.
During the finale, Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapoor arrived to celebrate the finale instalment. Salman Khan stated that he is fond of Kaif. He recalled that Kaif entered the Bollywood industry when she was just 16. He added that the Kaif is a hard-working and talent person. Khan went on to compare her to the Pashmina Shawl.
During the finale, Narula set the stage on fire with Nora Fatehi and Pooja Bannerji, former contestants of "Bigg Boss" 9.
Also, the new show on Colors called "Khatron Ke Khiladi - Kabhi Keeda Kabhi Peeda" was showcased and this season's host Arjun Kapoor challenged the four finalists for a task. The finalists had to take out seven crabs from a tank.
The episode also showcased the "Walk out with case" element of the show. After the door opened, a bag emerged with Rs. 17.5 lakhs, which was half the winning amount. After Salman's countdown, nobody walked out with the money.
Finally, Narula was announced as the winner of "Bigg Boss" 9.
