Korean actress Ha Ji Won recently shared her secret for keeping her youthful beauty at the age of 38.
During an interview, the "Life Risking Romance" actress said exercising is one of the reasons to look younger than her age. "I like exercising, but I don't do it to the point I'm fatigued," Ha said as quoted by Allkpop.
She went on, "If you work out too hard and have a hard time, your face turns into a grimace and you get wrinkles. I stretch almost always and I'm in my second year of learning sword dance."
Aside from exercising, Ha added she drinks water with honey and lemon to wash away the exhaustion of everyday activities. However, the actress underlined she does not do too much of these practices.
Meanwhile, Ha addressed rumors linking her co-star Chen Bo Lin. Soompi cited dating rumors surfaced after netizens noticed the similarities of the two actors' posts on their respective social media accounts.
Despite dating rumors, the "Life Risking Romance" actress cleared out the issue did not make them awkward about each other. "I'm an easygoing person, and Chen Bo Lin is also the cheerful type, so we just laughed it off," Ha said.
She added speculations were just a misunderstanding, stating that both of them like the same poses; hence, the similarities in their posts.
Ha went on, "We mostly communicate in English, but of course we use Korean sometimes too. Chen Bo Lin is really enthusiastic about learning languages. He would ask me to teach him."
The actress also commended her co-actor for his consideration on the set. Ha said Chen would always ask how she was doing. She even shared a scenario where she felt diffident around the actor while filming.
"There was [also] a scene where he had to carry me, and even though he said he was fine, I could tell he felt that I was heavy," Ha narrated.
