Miguel Angel Silvestre has booked a role on 'Narcos" Season 3. The actor is known for his role on the Netflix scifi series, "Sense 8."
E! Online has learned (via Hola!) that Silvestre will play a character in charge of laundering money for the cartel. The site also reports that Silvestre has began shooting his scenes for "Narcos" Season 3 in location at Bogota, Colombia. It's unclear if the actor will stick around throughout the new season as it was not revealed if he has been cast as a series regular.

When asked to describe his character on "Narcos" Season 3, Silvestre teased in a recent interview that he is an "enigmatic" person.
"It is not yet very well known how he is," he said.
"He's had a love story that was bitter and also filled hatred."
In addition to his work on Sense 8, Silvestre also starred on the Spanish TV series, "Velvet" opposite Paula Echevarria.
There have been multiple cast additions in the world of "Narcos" Season 3 in the past months. Some of the recent additions include "Halt and Catch Fire" actress Kerry Bishe, who will play an American woman who turns to the US Embassy for help to get away from her Colombian husband; Michael Stahl-David (Show Me a Hero) and Matt Whelan playing the role of two American DEA agents who will take charge of the Cali cartel in the wake of Pablo Escobar's death.
As for returning characters, Pedro Pascal has already been confirmed to reprise his role as Agent Pena next season. No word yet if his onscreen cop partner, Boyd Holbrook, is also sticking around.
The complete third season of "Narcos" will arrive at Netflix sometime in 2017.
