The everyday news will never be complete without news about aliens and sightings from different parts of the world, even footage from space. They may live outside the universe but on Earth's deepest depth, there also live 'aliens' which are caught by a Russian fisherman and photos are published for the public to see.
A Russian fisherman, Roman Fedortsov is based in Murmansk. His fishing nets already caught countless weird-looking deep sea creatures no one would think truly exist. He exposed his collection of hideous catches of different sorts from eight-legged spider-like creature to fishes with appearances including those with sets of razor-like teeth so sharp it could rip flesh into bits.
According to Mail Online, Fedortsov is a trawler working outside of the northwest Russia port. He started exposing his extraordinary finds earlier this year in his Twitter account and in Flickr.
One of the most stunning sea creatures he caught was the frilled shark which is always referred to as an existing relic because of its prehistoric appearances. The Russian fisherman also showcased a grotesque chimaera commonly known as 'ghost shark' which was recently reported to be filmed for the first time.
Some of the weird species is so huge his net could hardly carry it. He depends on social media for the identification of his out-of-this-world catch. Most of the time people get shocked by what they see because it is not common that they always see creatures like the ones that his net catches.
"No monsters here. Most are pretty small, a few inches long at most. Some of the shallower living, lighter-colored fishes might be a couple of feet," Professor James Childress, who researches the biology of deep-sea animals at University of California Santa Barbara, told Seeker.
The creatures caught by Fedortsov is only a bycatch as concluded by the marine biologists since the fisherman does not lower his net greater than 600 to 700 meters in ocean depth. Although the captured sea creatures are deep sea species, they are comparatively shallow living.
