According to GSMArena, the BlackBerry Mercury release date has not been announced yet but Roland Quandt revealed in a tweet that the phone will be available exclusively on Verizon in the United States. The launch date has still not been announced by the company and the price of the product is far from question. Information from TechTimes tells us that the phone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor and 3 GB of RAM. It is also widely known through leaked images of the unreleased BlackBerry Mercury that it consists of a physical QWERTY typing pad like all the other basic BlackBerry models.
The reported news in many places claim that the BlackBerry Mercury will be equipped with a 4.5-inch 2,560 x 1,440 Quad HD curved edge display along with the slide out option of the physical QWERTY keypad. The camera resolution and other aspects of the phone have not been brought under notice to any of the networks but there is a possibility that the phone has a long lasting and powerful battery of 3,400 mAh. The phone will also have a 32 GB internal storage space to prevent any type of inconvenience caused by low storage space.
The BlackBerry Mercury has been manufactured by TLC but has used the design created by the company BlackBerry, itself. Mercury will also be the last product from the company and is set to imbibe all the positive aspects that the company stands for.
