The Xiaomi Mi 6 has been announced by the company a few months ago. After a few delay, the Chinese mobile phone company will officially launch the new Xiaomi Mi 6 this coming February 2017 at an event to be held in China.
Xiaomi Mi 6 is about to launch and is eventually confirmed to hit the market this February 2017. However, the exact launch date is not yet clear. Rumors spreading that the official launch is on Valentine's day, February 14, while there are reports showing that the Xiaomi Mi 6 will launch on February 6 as the Gadgets360 said.
In addition to the report of the Gadgets360, though the new Xiaomi Mi 6 will launch on February 6, they said that it may go on sale in the next month. As of today, the only confirmed information is that the new Xiaomi phone will be dropped before March of 2017.
Xiaomi Mi 6 had troubles previously on its release date, it was even linked to the issue that Samsung was not able to produce enough quantity of the Snapdragon chipset that the Xiaomi Mi 6 will be using. In time, the Xiaomi Mi 6 is about to sport the new Snapdragon SoC processor, but it was reported that the Xiaomi Mi 6 will be released with limited stocks during its first few weeks.
The new Xiaomi Mi 6 was rumored to use the dual-tone design which was first spotted in the iPhone 5s a few years ago. Leaked images show that physical features of the new Xiaomi Mi 6 where it was seen that the 2 cameras (front and rear) position are similar to the iPhone 5s as well.
The Indian Express reported that the new Xiaomi Mi 6 will feature a 5.2-inch touch screen presented in a 2.5D curved glass with 2 cameras, both 16MP. It is said that the upcoming smartphone is also equipped with 4GB RAM and a massive 64GB of internal storage.
These information about the specs are still not confirmed yet. All we know so far is that the Xiaomi Mi 6 will hit the center stage of the market this February.
