Lenovo is about to release the latest ThinkPad X1 Carbon this year and is about to present in the upcoming CES 2017. The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon will feature a lighter weight with a bigger screen.
The upcoming Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon is the latest addition to the Lenovo X series. It will come with a 2.5 Lbs laptop, lighter than it looks, bigger screen than expected.
According to PC World, as part of Lenovo's 25th year celebration, they will be releasing the new ThinkPad X1 Carbon with massive features. Aside from being lightweight, it has an awesome physical look and performs faster than the previous models.
Presenting the new 13.3 laptop, which was previously scaled from 14-inch, the ThinkPad X1 Carbon will have a much thinner body. Compared to the Lenovo Yoga 910, the ThinkPad X1 Carbon is much like of a Dell XPS 13 series which is extremely thin.
Packed with an HD camera installed at the top of the screen, consumers would now have a better camera shots. The ThinkPad X1 Carbon also has a reliable battery that can be used up to 15 hours.
Moreover, as the size was reduced, it may seem to provide a lot of benefits. Portability and mobility is maximized as the ThinkPad X1 Carbon uses a very light yet durable body parts.
As for the peripherals, fans would really have the things that they want in a laptop. 1TB of a Solid State Drive is pre-installed, along with the 16GB hyper-thread DD3 RAM. Though the ThinkPad X1 Carbon does not support the 4K resolution, the screen can be stretched up to 2560 x 1140 HD resolution.
The new Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon will be released this coming February 2017 along with the new ThinkPad X1 Yoga. According to Indian Express, the X1 Carbon will be sold for about $1,499, while the X1 Yoga can be purchased for $1,349.
In addition, Lenovo will is also about to release its gaming laptop, the Legion series. Lenovo Legion Y720 will hit the market this April 2017, featuring the 7th generation of Intel i7 processor with a powerful NVIDIA GTX 1060 GPU.
