Chicago Bulls point guard Rajon Ronjo had concern about his playing time. He had talked to coach Fred Hoiberg and also with the executives and GM. But he is still out of the rotation

Rondo met with Chicago Bulls General Manager Gar Forman and Executive Vice President John Paxson on Saturday night Dec. 30, but he remained mum about the conversation until now. In a short interview with ESPN he was asked about the discussion and answered.

"It went OK. It really wasn't a clear-cut message,” Rondo said. “We'll talk again."

However according to Forman and Paxson, they have clearly stated the message to Rondo regarding his being benched. They wanted Rondo to stay professional and up his game for his benefit. But the frustrated Rondo has decided that he would let his agent William Duffy to deal with Chicago Bulls executives regarding his departure.

Rondo has been out of the rotation after the game against Indiana Pacers on Dec.30. In that 101-111 loss he played scoreless for 11 minutes with only one assist before being benched for the rest of the game. Afterward, the coach sidelined him for the next three games, including in the 106-94 win over Cleveland Cavaliers last Wednesday.

According to Chicago Tribune, his bad performance has given opportunity for the Michael Carter-Williams to shine. The newly acquired point guard gave more defensive strength to Bulls back court and he is good in keeping and maintaining the pace.

Carter-Williams have improved his game after some adjustment process in the first two games. He reached his top performance in the game 106-94 vicvory over Cleveland Cavaliers, posting 13 points and 3 assists. This may be the right time for Chicago Bulls to cut ties with Rondo and to help him get a new team.
