Teen Top member Niel’s comeback single “Love Affair” is recently making an impression in the online community after the singer showcased not only his soulful voice but his flawless dance moves as well in the music video of the song.
In the music video released on Teen Top’s official YouTube page on January 15, Niel was seen to be passionately moving his body while accordingly dancing in the rhythm and lyrics of the song which unfolds a tragic love story of a couple. Joining him in the video is KPop star Giant Pink who did not only show off her sick rapping skills but also acted as his love interest.
“Love Affair” is one of the featured tracks in Niel’s upcoming album of the same title which is set to be released today. It features his new singles including “Signal”, “Disappear” and “Heart Monster”, reports All KPop. This is the singer’s second album after the release of his first solo record titled “oNIELy” in 2015.
Meanwhile, during the showcase event of his album held recently, Niel revealed that Teen Top will be participating in the “Idol Star Athletics Championships”. He further shared the some of the preparations that they have done for the show.
‘We’ve been working hard to prepare for the aerobics category of the ‘Idol Star Athletics Championships.’ A lot of people think aerobics is just a way to lose weight, but it’s actually a great gymnastics category that showcases amazing stage work and performances,” said Niel as quoted by Soompi.
He added: “We’ll be dancing as a group with really cool outfits that are a little tight but look like military uniforms.”
Born as Ahn Daniel, the KPop idol started his entertainment career as a child star after he was casted in Mnet’s "Children's Chorus". He later joined Teen Top in 2010 alongside C.A.P., Chunji, L. Joe, Ricky, and Changjo.
Aside from his affiliation with the group, the 22-year-old star also appeared in several TV drama series including “Do You Know Taekwondo?”, “Two Weeks”, and “Sweden Laundry”. He pursued a solo career in 2015.
