Huawei's flagship phone P10 will have a front fingerprint sensor and a curved display. The flagship phone will be released in a month.
A month before its release, a couple of new press renders of Huawei's flagship phone have surfaced in China. A photo of Huawei's P10 shows the smartphone's front and back side.
If the photos are true, then Huawei has decided to transfer its fingerprint sensor on the front side, under the physical Home button. In the back, it houses an astonishing dual-camera setup with Leica lens. A dual LED flash can also be found next to the camera as well as it laser autofocus, Android Pure revealed.
Apart from the fingerprint sensor, the back panel of the P10 is almost identical to its predecessor, P9. The upcoming flagship phone is also expected to have a 5.5 inch dual-edge curved display that supports Quad HD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels), as per Phone Arena.
Rumors that Huawei will launch a P10 Plus handset are also circulating online. However, the Chinese company did not release any details with regards to the rumors.
It is said that the P10 is expected to be launched between March to April this year and to come with support for Amazon Alexa and Google daydream platform. The device may be powered by Huawei's current flagship SOC i.e. Kirin 960 processor along with a 4 GB or 6 GB RAM.
Huawei is known as the biggest telecommunications equipment manufacturer in the world, beating Ericsson in 2012. The company is founded by Ren Zhengfei, a former engineer.
At the time of its establishment, Huawei was only focused in manufacturing phone switches, but has since expanded its business. As of September 2015, the company has an employee of over 170,000, and 76,000 of which are engaged in its research and development (R&D).
