Bangtan Boys unveils that their upcoming comeback is going to be "Epic." The group also shared their thoughts about their status as "Hallyu-dols."
On Jan. 24, the Kpop group participated in the "2017 Global V Live TOP 10" broadcast on V LIVE. During the broadcast, BTS updated their fans on their recent activities.
Living up to their new status as "Hallyu-dols," the group greeted their fans in different languages upon to formally start the broadcast. The group was recently awarded for making it to the top 10 with the most hearts, comments, and views on V LIVE, out of the 18 teams who participated, Soompi reported.
One of the group member, Jimin, stated, "How do you think we got this award? We were able to get it because of our ARMYs. We will repay you with our love."
Jin and V then joined in to thank their ARMYs fanclub for the award. Proving once again that, they are indeed a "Hallyu-dol," it was revealed that out of their 3.96 million followers, 2.8 million of it are in fact, international fans.
Upon hearing the news, the group then promised a "Mixed live" performance once they reach 4 million followers. The performance will feature all of the group's content that they have showcased so far.
Reminiscing their past V LIVE performances, Suga chose the countdown broadcast they did for their "WINGS" comeback as the most memorable. "There were so many people logged on that the server crashed," he revealed as quoted by Naver TV.
And to test their teamwork, BTS participated in a "One Body, One Soul Quiz," where Jin and Jungkook got the most wrong answers. And as punishment, the two had to act cute, stealing the hearts of their fans while they invite them to eat.
The group wrapped up their live broadcast by thanking their fans for the opportunity to see them since they do not have any promotional activities as of the moment. BTS then concluded the broadcast by announcing that they will bring something epic for their comeback.
