Red Velvet members show off their adorable and groovy side on their recent appearance on the ”.
Aired on January 27, group members Wendy, Joy, and Seulgi performed TaeTiSeo's "Twinkle" as well as the all-time favorite song “I Will Survive” (Korean version)in their most playful and hilarious way, All KPop reports. Because of their entertaining performance, the studio audience, program hosts, and their fellow contestants not only give the girls their loud cheers but danced during their presentation as well.
According to a comment by one of their supporters: “…Even funnier when they danced and sang off tune like that without caring what everyone thinks about them though!!!”
“This was so funny, everyone was so wild (and embarrassing),” added another fan.
Meanwhile, Red Velvet has also displayed their hidden cooking skills as they hold a cooking showdown for the Lunar New Year on their special online broadcast released on the official YouTube page of SMTOWN, reports All KPop. During the show, the girls were divided into two teams, the “Red” (Irene and Seulgi) and “Velvet” (Yeri and Wendy), and were tasked to make their own menus wherein the winning ingredients will be chosen as SMTOWN’s restaurant new menu with SMT Seoul’s chef Kim Yoon Jae as their mentor and judge.
In the end, Irene and Seulgi’s Red team won the competition with a total score of 90 from Ched Kim. The velvet team, on the other hand, received 85 points.
Red Velvet made their debut in the entertainment industry in August 2014 under the management of the label giant S.M. Entertainment. Composed of 5 members namely Irene, Seulgi, Yeri, Wendy, and Joy, the group is slated to release their fourth mini album titled “Rookie” on February 1.
