Gust revealed new screenshots from popular JRPG "Blue Reflection" showing off new battle scenes, fanservice features, and the typical school life of these fighting, lovely girls. One of the screenshots clarifies how the battle system works.
Gust also recently shared a new trailer for the upcoming JRPG. The trailer was for PS4 and PS Vita versions featuring the everyday school life of the protagonists, Silicon Era reported.
Meanwhile, the battle system that was revealed in Gust's update shows that the MP and the Ether are two of the most important stats, Dual Shockers reported. MP is needed for the characters to use their skills, while Ether is needed for recovery, guarding, reflect, and restoring party member's MP. Reflect is an important kill that delivers a heavy blow to the Original Species, which are one of their enemies.
Overdrive is another important technique that can only be used with ether. This technique allows the player to constantly use a certain skill in just one action. The ether must accumulate to a certain amount to let players use the Overdrive.
Players should always accumulate MP since every action in the game requires it. Maximum overdrive can increase the power of the skill based on how many times it is used. However, there is a limit on the number of skills that can use maximum overdrive.
The weather in this JRPG changes as the story progress as players complete each mission. More missions are to be given after school. Speaking of weather, fans can enjoy the sight of Hinako in a wet, see-through uniform while exploring the school.
Another fan service is "another world," where players can explore and keep the items they found that are not seen in the real world. Some of the items can be used to synthesize with others to come up with new items.
There are other advantages brought by the "another world," including improving stats in that location and unlocking new items as the game progresses.
Besides the battles, players should also mingle with their fellow students after school to build relationships. There are benefits to friendliness including the increased number of support action from the friends that the players made.
