We're closing in to Valentine's Day sooner than most people think. What better way to celebrate the Day of Hearts than to enjoy the packages themed for this romantic event for games such as "Gears of War 4" and "Call of Duty Black Ops 3?"
Starting off with "Call of Duty Black Ops 3" showing off a little more red than usual with its obviously themed "Bloody Valentine" limited-edition camo, according to recent reports made by Gamespot. Activision has just released a gameplay video on the new aesthetic, check it out below:
As seen, this camo is a little different from the rest in that it's bloody animated... literally. With still peculiar design for the weapons, it's a wonder where all that blood's coming from. Although it may look like an awesome design for outfits, it may look a bit awkward - for the lack of a better term - for the female characters especially with the "bloody" jokes coming through.
Still, the camo is awesome for the gun players are holding, giving it an edgy, yet badass appearance. It's available for a limited time - until 12:01 AM PT on February 16 - hence, it should prompt players to purchase it before it expires. Once they do, though, it's theirs forever. They can acquire the package via Supply Drops.
It's also ironic, though, that "Black Ops 3" will be getting this package - as well as the possibilities of getting more - instead of Activision's latest game, "Infinite Warfare." The studio might have something planned for their latest game, otherwise it won't be getting a lot of love this month.
In other news regarding Valentines-themed events in games, in addition to the multiplayer add-ons such as new maps and gameplay changes, Gamespot also reports that "Gears of War 4" will be getting a new Gear Packs and acquire Valentine's Day-themed bounties every day as part of their Valentine's event. Players will be able to play the Torque Bow Tag once again with hints of a "Cupid-style twist."
