Yahoo reports that "Shades of Blue" Season 2 would render big changes for everyone on the NBC cop drama, particularly NYPD detective Harlee Santos since the first season ended with Harlee killing her ex-boyfriend in self-defense.

Harlee also turned on her mentor and boss, Matt Wozniak (Ray Liotta) and surrendered him into the FBI. However, the upcoming scenes of "Shades of Blue" Season 2 would reveal that the FBI wants to use the dirty cop to take down city councilwoman Julia Ayres, as noted by the same post.

Their relationship "died down a bit" and it is presumed that the couple are done "for now," but some sources unveiled that it's likely that the "Hotline Bling" rapper, 30, will pursue the 47-year-old "Shades of Blue" actress again when he returns to L.A. next month after his European tour, the report added.
