JYJ member Junsu’s talent management agency C-JeS Entertainment has recently released a pre-recorded video of the singer’s heartwarming message to his fans.
In the video, Junsu shared how he is thankful for his supporter’s undying love and support throughout his career in the industry. Furthermore, he vowed to them that he will be back as a better version of himself after 1 year and 9 months of his military service.
“It is because of you [my fans] that I have been able to stand on countless stages over the past seven years. I find myself thinking more about how thankful I am as I get ready to go to the training center… All I can say is thank you, and I’m sorry that that’s all I can say,” said the 30-year-old singer as quoted by Soompi.
He added: “Though I will be apart from you all for a brief one year and nine months, didn’t I say that a man’s life truly starts in his thirties? I will return healthier, better, and more mature than before. Please wait a little to hear my music. I love you”.
As a response to his message, the artist’s fans and friends also extended their appreciation and encouragement to him through various social media platforms. In fact, his fellow JYJ member Jaejoong posted a photo of him and Junsu on his Instagram account and wrote a caption saying: “Don't get hurt, and [I hope you spend your time there] purely, brightly, and healthily", All KPop reported.
Also known as Xia, Junsu made his debut in the entertainment industry in 2003 after joining his former band TVXQ under the management of the label giant S.M. Entertainment. He later became part of JYJ in 2010 and has likewise starred in several stage musicals including “Mozart!”, Dorian Gray” and “Death Note”.
