Before rendering his service to the military, KPop star T.O.P. shared on his Instagram page the
the farewell present that he got from his close friend Lee Byung Hun.
In the photo, the Big Bang member showed off the bottle of French wine he had received from Lee. However, the present is not just an ordinary one as the brand itself indicates that it is a high class and expensive one. Furthermore, it also contained a special message from the actor.
“Please return in good health and I hope that the time [you spend in the army] does not feel wasted. I hope to drink this with you once you’re discharged,” Lee wrote as quoted by Soompi.
T.O.P.’s military enlistment started taking place on February 9. Aside from him, KPop stars Junsu of the boy group JYJ, 2PM’s Taecyeon and Jun.K, Z:EA’s Kwang Hee, AKMU’s Chan Hyuk, Super Junior’s Kyu Hyun and Seo In Guk are also set to render their service to the Korean nation this year.
Meanwhile, Lee has been confirmed to star in the upcoming film “That's Only My World” alongside actor Park Jung Min, All KPop reports. In the film, the stars will portray the characters of two brothers, wherein one is a boxer (Lee) and the other is a disabled pianist (Park). Directed by filmmaker Choi Sung Hyun the filming of the movie will take place any time in May, All KPop reported.
Lee began his entertainment career in 1991 after joining a talent competition held by KBS. He became known not only in Korea but in the international scene as well through his portrayals in “Joint Security Area”, “ I Saw the Devil”, ”G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra ”, ”The Magnificent Seven” and many more.
