The finale season of "The Vampire Diaries" is not falling on deaf ears. It appears that the challenges between the main characters get heavier every day. Reports of Stefan losing his life and Elena are on the rise. Damon is also faced with the probability of choosing to save the deal with Cade for his brother.
Looking back on the former episodes, Stefan was in rampage and in a killing spree, as cited by One Page News. The post added on to note that Stefan Salvatore played by Paul Wesley has now taken in the name of Arcadius and there's a fat and gruesome police file that's built up on him with about three dozen murder victims within it.
With Stefan's ghastly actions even killing Elena, it has pushed his family to find ways to save him and help him attain redemption. However, it may be easier said than done. For "The Vampire Diaries," it has persistently shown that blood is thicker than water. When Damon was told by Cade to get Ethan Maxwell's journal, he thought it was an easy task.
For one, Buddy TV reported that Damon will always do anything to save his brother, no matter who or what stands in his way and Alaric pretends to have a change of heart, letting Damon think he can have the journal, but when Damon turns his back, Alaric injects him with vervain.
The story continues on with Alaric releasing Damon in order to give Matt his blood and during the commotion Damon is able to steal the journal, brings it to Cade, and Stefan is saved, according to the same post. Moreover, Damon inquired of Cade if anyone has ever been able to earn their redemption, but Cade responded that it is futile to hope.
