After the death of the Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards)'s boyfriend Detective Billy Malone (Tyler Ritter), Smoak, an optimistic girl has turned into an antagonist. This has become more apparent when the hacktivist Kojo Sledgehammer (played by Hannibal's Kacey Rohl), has given her the jump drive which contains the stolen data from the NSA.
Smoak began by leaking the case of NSA against Walker. It is a way to release top-secrets in order to free Diggle. However, in the episode last Wednesday, Smoak has made unethical decisions.
Smoak has lied to Rory and Curtis about to whom she was meeting with. She had them dressed-up as Bratva enforcers.
Smoak has even blackmailed an executive by threatening to release the stolen data without having the regard for the family of the executive's safety. The question is, when would Oliver find out about this?
Oliver has an idea that Smoak has something up her sleeves. Oliver knows that Smoak has something she doesn't want to let him know. Thus, he is trying to figure out by his own, Stephen Amell revealed to EW. For Smoak, she would not actually discuss it with Oliver at the moment but in the future episode, when they would have an adult conversation.
Meanwhile, the history of the wild dog is being disclosed. The attacks in the City Hall just make flashbacks of the painful experiences of the family of Rene (Rick Gonzalez). The flashbacks according to Buddy TV showed how Gonzales from being a simple family man became a hero called Wild Dog.
On the other hand, Oliver (Stephen Amell) must get into the action and fight back against the perpetrator behind the attack. And Oliver figured out that the best approach to deal with it is through being a Mayor Queen instead of the Green Arrow.
In the Arrow bunker, tensions run high. This episode is written by Marc Guggenheim and the director is Kristin Windell.
