2PM's concert tonight turned into an unlucky day for Jun. K after he reportedly fell off the stage in the midst of a performance.
According to Koreaboo, Jun. K was immediately rushed to the hospital on a stretcher after a 9-foot drop from the stage of their "6 Nights" concert. Hundreds of fans inside the SK Olympic Handball Gymnasium of Seoul Olympic witnessed the incident and have been posting about it on social media.
2PM's "6 Nights" concert tonight started at 4:00 pm. The show, however, was cancelled after what happened to Jun. K. Reports claimed tickets for the concert will be refunded.
Shortly after the incident, JYP Entertainment released a statement, but has refused to give details on Jun. K's current condition. "The concert has been cancelled as a member fell off the stage during a performance," the label said.
It went on, Currently, Jun. K is receiving a thorough medical examination. We cannot say anything about the plans for future concerts as of yet."
Meanwhile, fans of the boy group have been sending their well-wishes to Jun. K through the internet. "He fell at about 3 meters and some fans say they saw him hit his head on the stage. I hope to God that he'll be fine soon," a netizen said.
Others who claimed to be at the concert stated Jun. K's fall "was pretty bad," which made the concertgoers to worry. "He couldn't move for a long after that and all hottests (2PM's fandom name) were crying," a fan claimed.
2PM's six-part concert series kicked off on Feb. 24, with tonight's show as their third performance as per Soompi. The boy group is supposed to stage three more shows on Mar. 3, 4 and 5.
However, it is still uncertain whether or not 2PM will push through with the scheduled shows after Jun. K's accident.
