Seo In Guk will dedicate a song to his fans before he goes on a hiatus for his military duties. After the announcement of his enlistment, the singer-actor is set to release a self-composed track ahead of his enlistment on Mar. 28.
"Seo In Guk will be releasing a self-composed song in March," Jellyfish Entertainment stated as per Soompi, while other reports claimed the song has already been revealed during Seo In Guk's concert in December.
Previously, Seo In Guk's party denied claims on his enlistment date. However, his label later admitted they have chosen to follow the schedule that was given to them. "After confirming that Seo In Guk's enlistment date has been determined for March 28, we have decided to adhere to it," the label said as cited by Allkpop.
Jellyfish Entertainment added Seo In Guk will receive a five-week basic training in the Yeoncheon county's 5th Division in Gyeonggi-do, before he will start his service as an active army. The agency also said the singer-actor is still undecided whether to open his enlistment to the public or not.
Meanwhile, Seo In Guk has lent his voice for the soundtrack of ongoing drama "Tomorrow With You." Reports stated the song "Flower" was personally written and composed by the singer-actor himself.
Unlike his mellow and soft approach for the "Tomorrow With You" OST, Seo In Guk exuded his sexiness in "BeBe" MV. The song, which was released in December, marked his return in the R&B genre.
The 29-year-old idol was discovered after winning the first season of "Superstar K3." Seo In Guk made his acting debut with a supporting role in "Love Rain" back in 2012. In the same year, he was given his first lead role in "Reply 1997" as Yoon Yoon Jae.
Seo In Guk recently appeared in romantic drama "Shopaholic Louis" where he shared the screen with Nam Ji Hyun, Yoon Sang Hyun, and Im Se Mi.
