The first sequel to the popular "Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor" was finally announced by its publisher. Warner Bros. is pleased to present the upcoming "Middle-Earth: Shadow of War" which is due to release this year.
It's not a surprise to know that the new sequel to the highly-anticipated Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor is about to come. But for most, the announcement of the "Middle-Earth: Shadow of War" was not expected that it will be released sooner prior to the announcement.
Lord of the Rings fans are obviously celebrating as the game developer announced the sequel to one of the most-loved title. Several fans have been waiting for the sequel and now the wait is over as the "Middle-earth: Shadow of War" is about to arrive.
The IGN confirmed that the team behind the great "Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor," Monolith Production has revealed that the story of the sequel revolves on the continuation of events at the end of the first installment. For the second time, Talion is now back in the Middle-Earth universe, along with his ghostly companion, Celebrimbor.
Additionally, the developers said that players will use the Ring of Power in protecting the Middle-Earth against the most deadly enemies lurking around. Talion and Celebrimbor are back on their feet to confront Sauron and Nazgul in the most dangerous battle in the Middle-Earth.
According to GameSpot, Monolith Productions are committed to presenting the game with a richer, more personal and expanded world. The "Middle-Earth: Shadow of War" will feature more epic heroes for more challenging fights against the horde.
The game will also confirmed to have an improved Nemisis System with the newly added element called Followers. The first title was praised because of this unique feature, where enemies have dynamic attributes and personalities, interchanging every encounter.
The "Middle-Earth: Shadow of War" teaser trailer has been released earlier, showing some of the highlights of the story. Though the video didn't show any actual in-game footage, it is obvious that the game will be presented on a high detail graphics.
The "Middle-earth: Shadow of War" is slated this August 22 in the United State, while the game will hit the United Kingdom on the 25th of the same month. The game will be available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
