According to the synopsis for "Civil War" as published on the network's official website, Richard, Jackson, April and Catherine will come together to treat a victim of a horrifying accident. Unfortunately, things don't go as planned due to hospital politics. The show will explore Richard, Catherine, Jackson and April's relationship as they work on the case.
Meanwhile, "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 15 will shed light on Owen and Amelia's relationship. Amelia will finally deal with her feelings for Owen. At the same time, "Civil War" will see Meredith in a difficult situation. Ellen Pompeo's character finds herself caught between her love interest and best friend
