Zoe Saldana talked about her new film "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" and how her sons relate her to the character she played in the movie. She also shared about the sequel "Avatar 2" which will begin its production.
The 38-year-old actress will return with the gang in the "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" and she was ecstatic to share her new film to Zuri Hall from a target="_blank" href=http://www.eonline.com/news/837994/zoe-saldana-teases-guardians-of-the-galaxy-vol-2-and-reveals-when-avatar-2-production-begins">E! News. She will reprise her role as Gamora the female warrior with the other recurring cast members, Chris Pratt (Star-Lord), Bradley Cooper (Rocket), Vin Diesel (Baby Groot), Dave Bautista (Drax the Destroyer) and Michael Rooker (Yondu).
"We'll have a lot more comedy, a lot more action, a lot more heart,"Saldana said about the "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" on Monday, March 20. "I feel that sequels are meant for that."
The member of the "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" will also make appearance in the next installment of the Iron Man, Captain America, Hawkeye and other superheroes in "The Avengers: Infinity War," scheduled to release next year. Saldana also shared her funny experience with her twin sons, Bowie and Cy regarding her role as reported by Daily Mail.
Her twin sons would call her "mummy Hulk" whenever she raise her voice as they consider Gamora and Hulk are members of the same family. She also took her two-year-old twins Bowie and Cy to the shooting location of "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2," so they could understand that when she was in her green color body paint that means their mummy was working.
"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" is slated to release on May 5 in the United States and Canada, after the U.K. and Ireland release on April 28. While international release schedule will be determined later.
