"The Flash" Season 3 finale will reportedly make fans cry. Executive prodder Aaron Helbing revealed Episode 19 is titled "The Once and Future Flash" and it will feature the final face-off between Barry and Savitar. "The Flash" Season 3 finale will see Barry take a trip to the future looking for answers that he cannot find in the present. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, "The Flash" EP Andrew Kreisberg revealed what to expect in the final episode.
"Barry is going to realise that the hunt for Savitar's identity might not lie in the present, which will take the show in a fun and interesting direction," Kreisberg said.
Meanwhile, actor Grant Gustin, who plays the role of Barry Allen, revealed that this will be "his most involved trip to the future or the past." In an attempt to change the future and prevent Savitar from killing Iris, Barry looks for answers about the future.
However, the big revelation about Savitar's identity will change the direction of the show. "It impacts everybody and makes them question everything that they've known for the past three seasons," EP Aaron Helbing revealed.
"The Flash" Season 3 finale will reportedly catch up to that tragic event from the future that has been teased several times in the previous episodes. "Now you're going to see how everything unfolds and it's going to be a little bit different than what you've seen," EP Todd Helbing said. "Time is harder to change than even Barry realizes."
Fans are definitely going to cry Kreisberg said when asked to tease on thing about "The Flash" Season 3 finale.
Speaking of the much-awaited showdown between Savitar and Barry, Aaron Helbing revealed that it will be incredibly emotional and epic in the way it impacts everybody.
