2PM's Taecyeon takes his acting to a whole new level for his newest movie "House of the Disappeared" where he plays the role of a priest.
The film centers on the life of a woman falsely accused of murdering her husband and son. After serving her sentence, Kim Yun Jin's character will revisit the house where the incident took place in hopes to solve the mystery behind her husband's death and the sudden disappearance of her son.
For "House of the Disappeared," Taecyeon will work side by side with Kim Yun Jin as Priest Choi. When asked about the 2PM member, the actress has nothing but praises to the idol for his personality and talent in acting.
"He is funny, considerate, and very caring. He even has an adorable side to him. He is the perfect man, and that's dangerous. Watch out for him," Kim Yun Jin said as per Soompi.
The "Shiri" actress added she became closer to Taecyeon while filming "House of the Disappeared." The 2PM member, on the other hand, shared it was Kim Yun Jin's participation in the film that made him accept the big screen project.
The idol-turned-actor shared he received a lot of help from his seniors Kim Yun Jin and Jo Jae Yoon on the set. In a separate interview, Taecyeon opened up about his struggles in playing the role of Priest Choi in the mystery film.
The singer-actor stated they actually filmed "House of the Disappeared" in an old house. "Since it was an old house, the structure wasn't right for me," Taecyeon said as cited by Allkpop.
"It was difficult to film because of the height of the ceiling and also the lack of leg room," the 2PM member continued, adding that there was an instance when he hit his head during filming.
"House of the Disappeared" is slated to hit the theaters on April 5.
