"One Punch Man" continues its regular time-line after a one-shot chapter featuring the levels of heroes and monster classification. The current chapter does not feature Saitama but it focuses on Suiryu's attempt in dealing with Gouketsu.
Chapter 112 Recap
Gouketsu's attack in the previous chapter took down Suiryu with just a single blow. Detailed in Manga Stream, the current martial arts champion was quick to get-up before being crushed by the huge monster. He was able to launch a direct hit to the enemy even though he found himself injured by the initial attack.
But even with the powerful Suiryu attacks, Gouketsu wasn't affected at all. Even his powerful "Quake Tiger Fist" was stopped before it hit any part of Gouketsu's body. On the other hand, a finger flick caused significant damage to the martial arts champ.
With Suiryu unable to move properly, Gouketsu's monster crow begins to move in to eat him. Suiryu noticed Bakuzan standing in the stadium watching the fight and immediately asked him for help. But instead of helping him, he ate all available monster hearts - which immediately caused his death because his body can't handle the amount of monster hearts for transformation.
But before the monster crows deal with Suiryu, Sneck and Max arrives to defend him. The three decided to fight the monster crows together.
Chapter 113 Predictions/Analysis
Unfortunately, the wit of Saitama is not featured in the current chapter. But it's still an entertaining chapter as comments on Reddit focused on Sneck's dedication in being hero - even though he sometimes appears too hard on Saitama.
The upcoming chapter will continue the trio's fight against the monster crows. Eventually, they will have to deal with Gouketsu who could actually crush all of them with just one blow. Three of them cannot deal any fatal damage to the monster and will need all the help they could get - and Saitama could just be around the corner.
