Singer-songwriter Charice knows that being on the cover of Mega Man Magazine is a big risk as an artist, but that did not stop her. This is the reason why the magazine labels her as bold and daring as she makes it to the cover of their June 2016 issue.
It is not the first time that Charice has appeared in the magazine. She was featured in 2013 as one of the most powerful LGBTs.
Sometime in 2014, Charice told Oprah that her soul was male and was even more comfortable when addressed with the male pronoun. She said that she was going through a lot of changes and that she also had a lot of issues she needed to face.
Charice's major transformation - from looks down to music, is noticeable to her fans. She went from skirt to Levi clothing and reinvented pop tunes to rock. She once did a thrilling rendition of Nirvana's "Smells like Teen Spirit" where her grunge image and voice left the audience shocked and with mixed emotions.
Now Charice's followers will have to anticipate how her new album will turn out since the musician said during one interview that she has been working on her music with rock band, Mayonnaise. Mega Man revealed that Charice's upcoming record would be entitled Catharsis.
Charice continues to gear up for her upcoming tours and performances abroad. It has been a tough journey for her as he incessantly faces controversies regarding her gender and other issues. But she told Mega Man that the secret to her success is that she is not afraid to be herself.
