Hong Kong actress and singer Joey Yung has announced that she is planning to show more skin and even go nude in 2016.
The 35-year-old star released a teaser video on her social media account to introduce her new image that will be unveiled to her fans in the coming months.
Yung said in a voice over, "I've been in the industry for 17 years. Every year, I strive for a unique image. This year, I will go nude!"
The teaser video showed different clips from Yung's concerts. It is unclear if she meant going nude literally or if she is campaigning for a make-up brand.
Some of her fans commented saying, "Stop the nonsense! Take it all off now!" Another fan suggested that she should do a live video when she decides to go naked. She did not respond to any of these comments.
Yung might have been dropping hints about her plans as she recently attended an event for a lingerie brand wearing a racy and revealing top. According to reporters who were at the event, Yung top was see-through and she looked very sexy wearing the outfit.
While at the event, Yung was asked by reporters if her boyfriend, Wilfred Lau, would ever send her a pair of lingerie. Yung said, "Nope. I know some couples like to do it, but it's hard to find lingerie that fits you."
Another reporter asked if she asks the opinion of Lau when she buys undergarments. She answered that she does not because some lingerie look good but will not fit her well.
Yung said that she would like to get married when she reaches 40.
However, Lau has said that people should not believe her. "She likes to talk about nonsense things all the time. If you ask her again, she's going to say no. We've never talked about [marriage], and we never had plans," he said.
