The chemistry between Korean stars Oh Min Seok and Kang Ye Won in the fourth season of the variety show ‘We Got Married’ is undeniable. Now that the show has wrapped up, a lot of fans have been wondering if something is going on between the stars.
In an interview on SBS PowerFM’s radio program ‘Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time’ on June 14, Oh was asked by DJ Choi Hwa Jung if there is any possibility that he and Kang could turn their reel relationship on the show into a real one.
“I think this is different than dating. Of course, we had good feelings about each other, and we matched well during filming,” Oh said. He explained that he and Kang still support and encourage each other.
The DJ, who appeared unsatisfied with the actor’s response, again asked Oh whether he could date his former reel partner now that the show has ended.
Oh answered that they are mindful of their actions toward each other even though the show is now over. He noted that he is aware that fans want them to be a real couple.
“We’re good friends now,” the actor revealed at the end.
In an episode of the show in February, Oh confessed that Kang comes across his mind even if they are off-cam. Kang, in response, stated that she has plans of seeing Oh after the show if she is sure about her feelings.
Oh and Kang won the MBC Entertainment Awards’ Popularity award for ‘We Got Married Season 4’ in 2015. This is just one of the proofs that the viewers love them.
