T-ara's Soyeon recently confessed that she is a big fan of G-Friend and said the T-ara members would like to try out some of the latter's youthful concepts even at their age.
During her recent photo shoot with International bnt, Soyeon revealed that trying these concepts is a running joke among members of their group. She stated that since the group's average age is in the late mid-twenties, they feel that it would be great to try a different concept like G-Friend's before it is too late.
G-Friend is known for their sweet and girly concept as well as their fresh aura on and off stage. Their concept appeals to teens and young people.
Soyeon said that they would really like to try something new and that they could probably do it if permitted to do so. However, she admitted that she is worried that people might feel awkward and think it inappropriate while watching them perform.
The popular singer also expressed her admiration for G-Friend and said that the group is very good in stage. She made this revelation in response to a question about which musicians she is watching and observing. Soyeon declared that she personally likes G-Friend and always believed the group will go places and do well since she saw their initial debut. She also mentioned that she watched the members rehearse since they were newcomers and admires the fact that to this day G-Friend still works very hard and admits that she is constantly cheering them on.
This is high praise indeed for G-Friend considering that Soyeon, who joined T-ara shortly after Jiwon and Jiae withdrew from the group, is a singer who has spawned numerous hits that are fan favorites not only in Korea but also in China and Japan.
