Demi Lovato revealed on Monday that she will quit her Instagram and Twitter accounts.
Her bold announcement came just days after Lovato had a rift with Mariah Carey. She has been quoted calling Carey "nasty" because of the behavior the veteran diva showed to Jennifer Lopez.
According to Celebuzz, the young singer-actress was on the receiving end of an offensive backlash from the loyal Mariah Carey fans.
Lovato did not reveal why she had decided to quit Instagram and Twitter. She only said that she does not care about what people think about her anymore.
"But why do people actually give a fuck what I say?? like if you don't care the gtfo haha," she wrote on Twitter.
Lovato has revealed that she will be using Snapchat, because there, she does not have to see what the naysayers and haters have to say.
According to E! Online, Lovato has informed her 36.6 million Twitter and 40.8 million Instagram followers not to worry because she will use her Snapchat account more frequently.
Apparently, Lovato is immune to haters on Snapchat, stating that they are much easier to deal with. "There, I don't have to see what y'all have to say," she stated.
