C-JeS Entertainment has denied that it was responsible for revealing the alleged alibi of embattled Kpop star Yoochun to the media. The denial comes as another report has surfaced that may contradict Yoochun's alibi.

On Tuesday, June 21, Sports World reported that the popular star was overseas in China preparing for his Asia tour concert The Return Of The King on June 12, 2014 - the same day that the third woman accusing him of sexual assault claims the incident happened. However, this has been contradicted by another news report, which stated that the alibi is not true as Yoochun was in Korea on the said date.

In a statement, C-JeS Entertainment stated that it did not issue any comments about the case and has not granted an exclusive interview to any media outlet regarding the whereabouts of Yoochun at the time the alleged sexual assaults took place. The company added that it will be giving its official statement once the police finish their investigation.

C-JeS Entertainment has not confirmed or denied reports that it sent Yoochun's airport entry and departure information to support the singer/actor alibi.

Meanwhile, YTN reported that the police have completed the first round of investigation into the testimonies of the three women who are accusing Yoochun of sexual assault. The women allegedly testified that while they are workers in the adult entertainment establishment, they tried to resist Yoochun when he made advances towards them. They also stated that Yoochun prevented them from escaping by blocking the bathroom door.
