This Christmas, feast your eyes on the holiday treats from the cinemas. From animated movies to love stories.
The films range from acts for little kids to the grown-ups. As posted on THE STRAITS TIMES, here are the movies to catch this Christmas:
"Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip," is the fourth installment of "Alvin and the Chipmunks" series. The movie will be showing on Dec. 24.
"Snoopy and Charlie Brown: The Peanuts Movie" is also on the list and is now showing in cinemas.
Movies with the Christmas spirit are never out this season although the first film is with a twist.
"Krampus," is a movie based on European folklore about a horned demon that punishes children who misbehave during Christmas. The movie is already showing in cinemas.
"Love the Coopers" is another Christmas themed movie about four generations of the Coopers coming together for their annual Christmas gathering. The movie will be out on Dec. 11.
"Daddy's Home," a story about a stepfather trying to win the hearts of his stepchildren but the biological father of the children arrives. The two enter a competition to get the children's attention. The film will hit the big screen on Dec. 31.
"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" which will be out on Dec. 17, is an action themed movie that is certain to become a blockbuster.
"Ip Man 3" will be released on Dec. 24 and "The Vanished Murderer" will come out in cinemas this Dec. 11.
Grownups will also have their treat with "Suffragette" which will hit the cinemas on Dec. 21 and "Life" to be released on Dec. 31 too.
Lovers can also enjoy the holiday with their partners watching "Before We Go" which will be shown on Dec. 17.
Movies are fun this Christmas season but to spend your time watching with your loved ones is totally a big treat this season.
