Lindsay Lohan opened up about her troubled relationship with Russian businessman, Egor Tarabasov. The actress admitted that he has abused her more than once in their relationship, the recent being the incident filmed during their beach trip in Mykonos, Greece. She recently confirmed that her relationship with Tarabasov was done and shared details regarding their recent fight.
Photos of Lohan physically struggling in the hands of Tarabasov circled in social media. Pictures of the actress screaming in her balcony in London also went viral in the internet. In light of the circumstances, she finally spoke to Daily Mail and revealed that what people thought was a happy relationship, was actually one that is unstable and violent. She said that it was about time that people knew the truth and admitted that Tarabasov has abused her repeatedly.
Lohan, last month, also took to social media her accusation of Tarabasov cheating on her. A video then surfaced reportedly showing Tarabasov twisting the actress' arm behind her as she struggled in pain during their trip in Greece. She revealed during the interview that Tarabasov drank too much and he went crazy. Such was the case when she was seen screaming in her balcony in London. She reported coming home from a night out with her former fiancé where she went to sleep while he went out again. He came back standing over her and when she noticed that he was not himself, he started attacking her.
Lohan decided to speak up because the viral photos and videos have caused people to misjudge her and print out a lot of lies with regards to her reputation. The Vine reported that the actress was already known for having a history of trepid relationships coupled with a few brushes with the law. However, it doesn't change the fact that she is no different than all other women who are victims of domestic violence.
