"The Flash" Season 3 introduces another infamous rogue that will be challenging the scarlet speedster. "Aquarius" star Grey Damon is confirmed to play the role of Sam Scudder a.k.a the Mirror Master in the upcoming season. His character will make a debut in the fourth episode which is set to air in late October.
Damon will be joining the growing list of "The Flash" Season 3 characters. The Hashtag Show was the first to report the actor's character in the upcoming season. CW decided to use the original comic version of the Mirror Master, with that being Sam Scudder. In the show, the Mirror Master, upon discovering his ability to travel through reflective surfaces, will board on a massive crime spree in order to prove to Central City that he is the greatest thief.
Aside from the Mirror Master, Screen Rant reported that "The Flash" Season 3 will be featuring more classic comic book villains as it tries to adapt the Flashpoint storyline. Fans have been anticipating as to when the show would adapt the comic version wherein several rogues function as a team to take down the scarlet speedster. As of yet, the studio has not hinted any possibility for that to be happening. Damon has also been announced for just one episode but there is a high chance for him to re-appear again.
Damon, apart from "The Flash" Season 3, also co-star's on NBC's "Aquarius" playing the character of Detective Brian Shafe. He also had prior stints with The CW playing Grayson Montrose on "Star-Crossed" and Hasting Ruckles in the last season of "Friday Night Light."
