"Once Upon A Time" will delve on multiple storylines in Season 6, including Regina's struggle to defeat her evil half and a secret that will change Emma's life forever. In other developments, the fantasy series has added "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland" actor Jonny Coyne to its slew of guest stars this season.
According to the press release shared by Entertainment Weekly, "Once Upon A Time" Season 6 will explore on Regina's arc as she learns that it will not be an easy process to destroy her dark side. On Emma's orbit, meanwhile, viewers will see her discovering a life-changing secret which could have a negative impact on her loved ones in Storybrooke. Elsewhere, Henry welcomes the new arrivals from the Land of Untold Stories and Mr. Gold continues his quest to wake Belle from her sleeping curse.
As the heroes brace themselves for a new battle, they will be introduced to a new group of iconic characters as well. "Once Upon A Time" Season 6 will feature the guest starring appearances of Deniz Akdeniz as Alladin, Oded Fehr as Jafar, Karin David as Jasmine, Craig Horner as the Count of Monte Cristo and Giles Matthey as Morpheus. As previewed by the network, Alladin will play a role in helping Emma solve her latest dilemma.
In other developments, "Once Upon A Time" has booked Jonny Coney to guest star in Season 6, TV Line reported. The actor will reprise his Once Upon a Time in Wonderland character, Dr. Lydgate in an upcoming episode.
