Simon Biles took home four Olympic Medals and one bronze during the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics but her ultimate prize for the night was a kiss from her celebrity crush, Zac Efron. "Todays" show host Hoda Kotb arranged the actors' visit to Rio which drove the rest of the Olympic winners' nuts.
Efron hid in a room backstage at the International Interview Center as he and Kotb watched Biles and the other gymnasts compete in the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics. Kotb led Biles and the rest of the gymnasts to where Efron was hiding after the competition and the screaming started when the actor revealed his face.
The Los Angeles Times reported that Biles was in disbelief, and when she expressed how nervous she was, Efron admitted that he was the one with the butterflies. He gave her a kiss as everyone in the background cheered.
When Biles appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres" show months prior to the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics, she couldn't contain her giggles when she was asked about her crush on Efron. Yahoo News reported that the Olympic winners' crush has no bounds and she wasn't even afraid to reveal that she had a cardboard cutout of the actor behind her bed.
However, it seems Efron didn't need to watch the show to notice Biles, since he admitted that he was a big fan of the gymnast. He even took to twitter to wish her good luck prior to the US Olympic Trials.
