Tech giant Apple had being quite busy releasing beta versions of its upcoming operating system update, the iOS 10, which is slated for a final release in September. Apple recently released the seventh beta version of iOS 10 for public beta testers and developers.

Many tested have lauded Apple for making interesting changes to the iOS platform, although since the operating system is still in beta form, a lot of bugs remain unfixed. While the beta version of iOS 10 is readily available for those interested to download, experts' advice to wait until the final stable version is released as the beta might cause unrepairable damage to devices.

One of the biggest update Apple is doing with iOS 10 is the integration of its smart digital assistant Siri into third-party applications. Although the exact scope of the integration is yet to be unveiled since third-party developers have yet to release iOS 10 apps yet, many tech experts are expecting the feature to have a big impact on the way users use their iPhone.

According to Tech Crunch, aside from Siri, Apple has also completely redesigned its lock screen which now features several notifications that can display tiny live widgets. Apple is also making a huge update for its Photos app with face recognition, deep learning categorization and intelligent photo albums.

Apple Music, HomeKit, Apple Maps, and the Phone app are also receiving major updates, although the exact scope of these update are yet to be confirmed. Finally, Apple is overhauling its Messages app and add a huge number of new features such as message effects, emojify feature, a new Slack-like feedback, third-party extensions, and rich link previews.

If Apple follows the same release flow as it had done in the past, the final version of the iOS 10 update will most like be released within the next few weeks.
