Reports linking James Reid and Julia Barretto to each other has been making rounds for a couple of months now. After keeping mum about the issue for a very long time, the "On The Wings Of Love" actor has finally aired his side of the story.
The buzz started when a fan allegedly sighted James together with Julia and co-Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) housemate Patrick Sugui in Bonifacio Global City. Spot shared that the unnamed fan approached James for a photo to no avail. "He's so occupied kissing and flirting [with] Julia Barretto [at] that time," the fan wrote in a post.
On Nov. 27, James finally broke his silence and vented his thoughts over the issue. Give me a break. Does anyone really think would have sex in a bar/public place... Stupid," the PBB Teen Edition 2 winner wrote in his now-deleted post. "If everyone wasn't so gullible, I wouldn't even have to be explaining my private life right now. Cut the bullshit. Stop the hate."
James became a subject to plenty of criticism from JaDine fans since the news about his alleged romance with Julia spread like wildfire. As a matter of facts, some of his supporters were even worried that his relationship with co-star Nadine Lustre has already been affected.
Recently, James has been making headlines gain after a report about him getting "just too proud" came out. A blind item from Fashion Pulis made fans think whether it is about the "Diary ng Panget" star or not.
"As soon as Young Celebrity (YC) got his break in a teleserye, he forgot much about humility. During one of his tapings, YC was approached by a group of extras, who had various roles in the project. The extras tried to strike a conversation with YC, who merely shrugged off his shoulder," the report stated. "YC surely made the extras feel like they do not exist at all. While extras hardly receive credit for their appearances in teleserye projects, their presence is indispensable, especially, if the production does not have the budget to hire named performers to populate scenes."
Some readers of the popular gossip site think that the post is about James. "This is J of KaF. HE HAS THE ATTITUDE. HE WILL NEVER SOAR HIGH WITH HIM ACTING LIKE THAT," one reader commented on the post.
