"Daredevil" Season 3 rumors suggest that the show is set to air in 2017. The hint came when Netflix put other shows such as "Luke Cage," "Iron Fist" and "The Defenders" in their list of priorities.
Netflix head Ted Sarandos revealed that the whole cast was called on for "The Defenders," IGN reported. He continued to say that this will change the schedule of production for the other shows. With the given circumstance, reportedly, it seems that the production schedule of "Daredevil" Season 3 may also be delayed to give way for "The Defenders."
"Daredevil" Season 3 rumors also revealed a few details about its plot. Rumor has it that "Bullseye" will be the show's next fearsome villain, Daredevil's most popular nemesis from the comic books. It has been reported that even Charlie Cox, the series' lead actor, seems to like the idea of seeing Daredevil come face to face with "Bullseye."
Cox said that if the series is fortunate enough to continue in 2017, he cannot imagine the show without "Bullseye" showing up at some point, Cinema Blend reported. Cox continued to explain that he believes it would be great to have "Bullseye" but he has no idea who would play that part in "Daredevil" Season 3.
"Daredevil" Season 3 fans reportedly suggested to cast Jason Statham to play the role of "Bullseye" as he was considered for the role since the show's second season. "Bullseye" was last seen in the 2003 "Daredevil" movie portrayed by Colin Farrel.
Meanwhile, the season finale of "Daredevil" Season 2 witnessed the death of Yung's Elektra. However, The Hand later recovered her so she can be used as a weapon, reportedly. The new weapon Black Sky, on the other hand, is suggested to give her a different identity and purpose in "Daredevil" Season 3.
"Daredevil" Season 3 production has got no confirmation released yet regarding what is in store for the show's future as "Daredevil" Season 2 just recently ended. Watch the "DAREDEVIL" Season 3 SDCC 2016 announcement teaser trailer here.
