"Dragon Ball Super" Episode 55 brings a surprise to fans. The meeting between Son Goku and Zeno, the God of All, is not what many expected it to be.
Fans will recall that Episode 54 ended with Zeno contacting Beerus and Whis and telling them that he wanted to meet to Goku, as reported on Asia Stars News. Beerus was obviously shaken by the request but could not really do anything about it.
In Episode 55, he calls for Goku to tell him about the call and sternly instructs him to not make Zeno angry at all costs. He is obviously scared of everything getting wiped out should the God of All lose his temper. Goku, innocent and stubborn as he is, wants to postpone the meeting because Bulma's time machine is about to be finished, and he also refuses to change to formal clothing, filling Beerus with apprehension.
Since the journey takes two days, even with Whis's ability, they decide to go to Kaoishin so they can get to Zeno in an instant. The kai, likewise, instruct Goku to behave himself because he tends to be careless, both in actions and in words.
The surprise came when Goku finally meets the God of All face-to-face: the latter wants Goku to be his friend. Goku calls Zeno "All-chan" and says he will come back immediately to play with him after he's finished with something he has to do. He also promises to bring a friend along.
Zeno then gives Goku a present: a small disk with a button, which, when pressed, will summon the God of All to anywhere Goku may be.
Meanwhile, Zamasu and Gowasu are in Planet Babari. The apprentice kills a Babarian and this upsets Gowasu. Over tea, they discuss good and evil, with the older man believing that justice is a balance between the two but with the younger believing that gods should wipe out evil. Zamasu's actions and expressions show his belief that humans are evil.
Back on Earth, Goku, Vegeta, and Future Trunks board the fixed time machine and head off the future. What they find is a place destroyed. Behind the walls, some men with guns shoot Goku and he watches as explosive shells are headed his way.
In "Dragon Ball Super" Episode 56, Goku will be facing more than ammo. Black will be appearing, and he will be powering up to Super Saiyan Rose. With his pink hair and nasty attitude, it seems the Saiyan protagonist will have a hard time defeating him.
