Agency confirms Kyuhyun’s come back in 'Radio Star'

South Korean singer and actor Kyuhyun of the boy group Super Junior is set to come back to his show “Radio Star” after a short recovery break. This announcement was revealed by the artist’s agency on September 6.

According to the star’s talent management agency SM Entertainment, Kyuhyun has now fully recovered from the complications in his vocal cord nodules and is very much ready to take over in his show again, Soompi reports. It added that Kyuhyun will be returning on September 21

On August 22, Kyuhyun has been reported to be taking a break from “Radio Star” as he needs to undergo a 2-3 week treatment for his vocal cord. All of his activities in the length of his healing period were stopped so that he could focus on his therapy.

According to  All Kpop, Kyuhyun is primarily one of the cast members of the ongoing musical show “Mozart”. But due to his medical concerns, the actor decided to end his participation in the play.

Born as Cho Kyu Hyun, the 28-year-old star is known for his association with various well-known South Korean bands including Super Junior, Super Junior-M, Super Junior-K.R.Y. and the former ballad group S.M. The Ballad. He made his debut in the entertainment industry in 2006.

With his singing career blooming, Kyuhyun also pursued hosting and musical shows. In 2011, he became one of the hosts of the popular talk show “Radio Star” alongside Kim Gook Jin, Yoon Jong Shin, and Kim Gura and portrayed the lead roles in theatrical shows “The Three Musketeers”, “Catch Me If You Can”, and “Werther”.
