Android TV has boasted its add-on NVIDIA Shield with its sleek design and its support for 4K textures. A number of games have appeared exclusively for the Shield, namely "The Uncertain," a post-apocalyptic 3D adventure.

Imagine a world inhabited only by robots, where all traces of human life have been gone for ages. While most of the post-apocalyptic genre in games, movies, TV shows, and other forms of media show us the struggle for survival for a dwindling number of humans, "The Uncertain" shows that the robots have taken over and inherited the earth, where mankind is said to cause its own demise, according to Android Authority.

Players will take the role of an Engineering Robot, who finds itself curious on why the humans have been wiped out. Being an adventure, players will unravel the secrets of the past, when humans were still a part of the earth.

Droid Life also states that players will also explore the world of robots as well, seemingly a world of harmony, with no wars being waged. Being a world of robots, logic affects the way of "living" for these mechanical individuals. Quoting from the game's description, it says:  "Imagine that you have to make a moral choice in a world with no such term as morality. Every decision made here is a set of zeros and ones, and sometimes it has nothing to do with common sense."

Besides the stunning visuals and compelling storyline, "The Uncertain" also features an indie soundtrack to add to the ambience of the game. It was also made using NVIDIA GameWorks HBAO+, DoF and FXAA technologies.

While it is uncertain that this game might appear on other platforms, "The Uncertain" is available now for $14.99 on the NVIDIA Shield TV.
