Clash Royale recently updated their popular game to include a very interesting special challenge. While the Victory Challenges continue, Supercell introduced King's Cup tournament that comes with a unique twist for every gamer.

According to the official blog of Clash Royale, players of the extremely popular PvP game can now enjoy a new challenge where they face off against other players for coins and cards. At first glance, it looks like the new feather is the same as the Victory Challenges but it offers a unique twist that levels the playing field for all players. While Victory Challenges have a ceiling for card levels, King's Cup ensures everyone is in the same level.

The leveling system in King's Cup simply means players at low level will be upgraded for the tournament so the playing field is even. Players interested to join can try the first challenge for free. However, players losing three times before reaching 12 wins could restart the challenge for five gems.

But the fun and challenge of King's Cup is not only on the level playing field. According to Clash Royale Arena, the players in the challenge cannot select their card for the battle. The players will have to play with a blind deck that consists of a set of six cards and two random cards.

Because the game selects the cards in behalf of the players, it is possible that a player will end up with a card he or she doesn't own in his regular deck. It's a really big challenge for new players but it also comes with an advantage of learning how to play the deck with different types of cards.

Aside from King's Cup tournament, Supercell is also promising brand new cards every week for players to increase their attack and defense options.

Clash Royale's recent update has included the upcoming King's Cup tournament that offers additional playing options. Although it resembles the traditional tournament, the playing field is even because cards are in the same level. The upcoming cards in the next weeks should also present interesting gaming options as they offer different types of attack and defense.
