As the NBA 2016-17 season goes for more than a month, Phoenix Suns is still struggling to maintain a high level of play. As they are currently at the bottom of the Western Conference, the team management is thinking to reassemble the roster. One of the possible option is to trade one of the player.

Earlier this month, according to Bleacher Report, Phoenix Suns general manager Ryan McDonough said that they were not looking to move Brandon Knight. He will need two months to evaulate his team before making decision to trade Knight

However, things may change as the Suns is not at the bottom two of the table with 5-13 records. Moreover, Knight is having a disappointing start this season. He averages 12.5 points in 18 games this season, a lower than his last season’s records with 19.6 points per game as a starter. He has been moved to the bench to be replaced with Eric Bledsoe and Devin Booker.

Many teams that are in need of point guard will look forward to see Knight become available by the Dec. 15, when 130 players who were signed in the off-season become eligible to be traded. Knight is a good point guard and he was doing great in Milwaukee Bucks before he was traded to Phoenix Suns in 2015.

Knight was plagued with injury in his first season with Phoenix Suns. He suffered a left ankle injury which made him absent for about a month. Afterward he underwent an arthroscopic surgery on his ailing left ankle in April last year. He returned to court after three months and performed well.

Many possible landing places for Knights according to CBS Sports are Orlando Magic, New Orleans Pelicans, Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers.
